Hey, I have two issues with the Zendesk destination implementation. -- I am receiving error on

identify

calls:

However, the call includes

traits.firstName

and

traits.lastName

traits.name

a mandatory property? I thought it is optional if you provide first & last name fields. --

Hi , regarding appsflyer integration i get this error on this events. As they are events from the appsflyer sdk i dont know how to send the requested data shown in the error.

Hey, is there a way to turn off Bugsnag (maybe environment variable or something) so there aren't any warnings being reported in the server pod? Understand it can safely be ignored but is a bit messy having it constantly logging an invalid api token

Hi, we are currently deploying Rudderstack as self hosted in our kubernetes cluster using your helm chart here https://github.com/rudderlabs/rudderstack-helm we are deploying the helm automatically from GitOps that’s mean this chart will be stored on our git repo and we don’t want to have

We are trying to integrate Rudderstack JS sdk in our Chrome Extension but have been facing few issues Background - In our Chrome Extension Pop Up we log different analytics events. We tested this and can see these events in live events mode but when we are trying to sync these events to destination we are not seeing any data. My suspicion is that this may be due to how Chrome Extension works and Rudderstack may be doing some buffering rather than sending each event. Here is help I am looking for - - Guides / Resources to use Rudderstack with Chrome Extension (Sample code will be super helpful) - Rudderstack parameters I should be setting when initializing client Thanks

Hi, is RudderStack self hosted PostgreSQL sensitive or is it a temp database? What happens if we destroy and recreate the deployment? Are all the data lose or we are fine because data is already reach the destination?

Hi I'm Christien and I am just looking for some feedback here. At Cardata we are using Rudderstack to stream data into Apache Kafka to start execute the start of a data pipeline. Along with streaming our Data into Kafka we wanted to stream data into S3 to have a raw data lake. However, with S3 it looks like with every single event received a new file is created. For example, if 100 events are streamed into rudderstack then the output of s3 would yield 100 files. Is there a way to append this data to one large event file in S3?

Hey, in my active campaign -> s3 integration, ip addresses show up as numbers contained within string columns in the parquet files. Anyone know how they're encoded / how to work back to the original ip? e.g. value:
