Hi! giving rudderstack a spin, trying to use a Google Sheet as source. The configuration flow eventually prompts me to select the sheet I want from an unwieldy dropdown box, and I cannot find the sheet I want to use there. This is not really userfriendly? There’s no way to specify my desired sheet by URI or SheetId?

We encounter issues that the external ID from the conversions API cannot be matched, but that’s because the external ID is never sent to FB in device mode. If you look at the device mode code: https://github.com/rudderlabs/rudder-sdk-js/blob/production/integrations/FacebookPixel/browser.js you’ll see there is a parameter

traitKeyToExternalId

which is set but never used in the whole codebase. If you search for

external_id

(the format in how it should be sent to FB) here: https://github.com/rudderlabs/rudder-sdk-js/search?q=external_id you’ll see that it’s not in the FB related code. Can the external ID be sent to FB? It should be supported according to your docs https://www.rudderstack.com/docs/destinations/advertising/fb-pixel/ and because the

traitKeyToExternalId

property is set, at least it seems it is supposed to be working?

#support i am getting error 400 while sending data to downstream (s3) after adding the transformation. Without transformation it works fine. Not sure what i am doing wrong in the transformation.

We recently closed a few stale issues which had no activities last year. This is a mere clean-up activity on our part. It has nothing to do with our stand around the open-source initiatives whatsoever. On the contrary, we love our open-source community. We will continue supporting our community as we consider it a great learning opportunity to shape our product to cater to everybody's use cases.

hey guys I’m hooking up my app to rudderstack for a final destination of snowflake. Is object storage required for this? Is a supplemental DB required for this? How come in the config generator I don’t see many options for object storage?

I only have “Use rudderstack managed object storage” and choice of cloud.. in the walkthrough it shows much more options
