I have a pipeline job set up that pulls data from Salesforce and put them in Snowflake (using Rudderstack as object storage). The job has been running for almost 24 hours now, and it indicates that it has exported close to 24K records, but when I go check in Snowflake I only see 64 rows.

when configuring the bigquery destination on the self hosted rudder-server, i'm seeing a permissions error. Does it use the google credentials JSON you paste in the configuration, or the pod credentials?

Hi I created a connection between Google Analytics and ClickHouse in Cloud rudderstack. Sync is successful, but no new tables appear in ClickHouse. Why could it happen? @narrow-rain-89253

Is there an ability to have warehouse actions more realtime than every 30min sync? Like being able to kick off a sync for specific user for example. Use case would be to sync customer package after purchase as soon as possible to marketing tool, to send welcome emails etc.

Hello, I have two questions maybe someone can help with 🙏 1. Is it possible to rename our accounts? They got named after the dev that set them up, but I can’t see how to rename to something sensible like ‘Staging’ and ‘Prod’ 2. We’re hosting the data plane ourselves (targeting HIPAA compliance), but we signed up using the wrong flow and the accounts show as being ‘free tier’ and a 1000 event limit. Is there a way to convert those accounts into open source ones? When I was doing testing myself and signed up via the correct on-boarding I seemed to be able to create an ‘open source’ account somehow.

Super newb question - but we’ve recently decided to use Rudderstack over Segment and I just setup my cloud account for my company. I’m bringing in our marketing consultant and my CEO - who’s pretty particular 🙂 - and very technical. The current space name includes my name - is there any way to change it to not include that or to be able to configure it? I know it doesn’t matter - but man, I know it’s going to matter to one of them. Did I miss something in the interface to configure this? Thanks in advance.

There are several config files i had to take from GitHub, and it seems like I am still missing more files.

On the Docker installation guide, there is also the missing step of

Hey, We’re currently trialing Rudderstack (self hosted) to move away from Segment, and we’ve seen the events in the live debugger (source) almost instantly, but takes around 30 minutes to reach the destination.

As a note, in the “Connections” box a Rudderstack-hosted “Data Plane URL” still appears.

Is there something to decrease this 30 mins delay between source and destination?

hi - we have 2 accounts, one for our client and one for ourselves. On our account, we see a ‘trial limit’ noted at the top of the control panel (see screengrab), however on our older account for our client, we do not see this. we are hosting our own backend and transformer for both, so i don’t believe there should be a trial limit. can anyone advise on this? @quick-judge-58386 @narrow-rain-89253

Hey guys, I want to enrich our event data with rudderanalytics.identify(). What is best practice? Just add our internal userId so we can later on join the event data against our internal database or should we add as many 'traits' as possible so we don't need to join our event data against our internal database later on?

What's the process for getting a couple pull requests to rudderstack-helm reviewed? I put in one which is a security best practice (storing the gcp credentials as a secret) and there is another one for using an external postgresql instance. They would both be beneficial to the community

I am using Rudderstack to track user API events on a backend server. Currently I call identify and track when the user signs up, and track when the user performs other activities. But the track events from other activities does not carry the traits I sent during sign up, how will the traits be associated with the user events across all track events?

We are in the phase of migrating from segment to rudderstack in mobile apps. Events are flowing as it is segment api compatible. Both segment and rudderstack sdk is present. Segment sdk can be removed right?

Hi, whats the process to send session_id to destinations in Rudderstack. We have rudderstack setup to send event tracks to amplitude but want to add on a session id parameter so amplitude can pick that up. Rudderstack sdk for react-native doesn't do session management, but we implemented it on our side. Now I am unable to forward that to amplitude.

Hi, I'm new to RudderStack. I've configured a connection between tag manager to Postgres, and I'm using an identify call at every page view in order to send the user traits together with the tracking event. The thing is that in some cases, those traits are not passed and i get an empty "user email" field for example (even though I know that this user is signed in to our site and should theoretically have this information when the page view is triggered). Does anyone have an idea why could that happen? Thanks!

I'm new to docker, I have followed the instructions from docker installation guide and able to install the docker successfully. I'm using GCP Debian 16GB,8 CPU. I have downloaded the compose file using curl(https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rudderlabs/rudder-server/master/rudder-docker.yml) and added the config key. I'm getting the below errors like this. Initially I got the below error. "Either specify a supported version (e.g "2.2" or "3.3") and place your service definitions under the

key and place your service definitions at the root of the file to use version 1." I removed the Version key and tried running the docker-compose again, it gave me the below error. unsupported config option for services: 'db' Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you
