I’m looking to find a way to automate weekly scheduled Custom Reports from Netsuite into our Datacore in Snowflake. Most information/examples I’ve found is people using Netsuite Saved Searches and not Custom Reports. Is it possible to integrate using Custom Reports?

Hi, I added Kafka destination to my self-hosted rudderstack cluster on kubernetes, and rudder recognized the kafka destination, but does not send data to the topic. I tested kafka cluster and I could send events to it manually. there is no error in Kafka and Rudderstack logs. Any idea how should I debug this? hi - we’re running into issues with the rudderstack javascript source not syncing to our postgres destination consistently. normally it runs every 30 mins like it’s configured, but at least once a day for the past few days it’s been stuck in a

waiting

status for hours at a time. clicking “Sync Now” has the “Triggered successfully” notification pop up, but nothing actually happens. currently it’s been stuck in waiting for about 7 hours. our other destinations are syncing as expected every 30 minutes. i’ve checked grafana and there’s nothing obviously broken, and we’re definitely receiving events on the event source according to grafana + the rudderstack UI. any thoughts on where to go from here?

Is it necessary to have multiple sources in RudderStack Config Plan for different SDKs? We at wise.live have our platform on multiple applications - Web, Android, iOS along with Desktop Applications on Windows and MacOS. All OS have the same platform and send exactly the same events to my system. I have been configuring multiple Sources for each of these applications which is creating chaos in the RudderStack Dashboard. Will RudderStack Sources work fine if we send data from multiple types of OS and devices to a single source in RudderStack? For example, if an Android device sends data to a JS Source in RudderStack will there be any issues? I can explicitly set the platform in the properties and filter the data during the ETL phase of my data processing pipeline.

I want to integrate Braze from Rudderstack using device mode. - In Braze, do I need to create an app for each platform (web, iOS and android) ? - In Rudderstack, do I need to create a braze destination for each platform ? - Should I use the rudder_integration_braze_flutter plugin in my flutter app ? - Would I be able to integrate only rudderstack SDK in order to use braze’s feature such as in-app messages and push notifications? Or would I have to integrate braze sdk along with rudderstack SDK in order to use those features ? Thank you very much!

Hello everyone, As in the instructions, I registered on the rudderstack website, created Source and Destination, then obtained the workspace token, cloned git@github.com:rudderlabs/rudderstack-helm.git and edited only the service type parameter from loadbalancer to cluster ip in the values file, so that the already created ingress controller would create ingress and installed rudderstack with its workspace token I can’t understand why this error occurs, can you help me?

We signed up for the free plan last year which had 5M events/mo, but now the free plan only supports 1M events - I don't think this change was previously announced or emailed to our team at any point allowing us to prepare. Now we are faced with the decision of upgrading to the $500/mo plan or migrating of Rudderstack today. I'm also unable to access our dashboard to update any settings or see if my usage has gone up unexpectedly.
