    Hey Everyone, I am using self hosted rudderstack data plane, with GA4 and s3 destinations. My events are flowing to s3 destination just fine but I am not seeing any events on GA4 dashboard. There is no error on GA4 destination events tab, all events are succeeding there as well. Changing the data plane url to rudderstack hosted one fixes the issue, the events start flowing to GA4 after that. Could someone please help.

    Hi team, we are configurating Adjust, but when sending events the process fails with
    "error": "Device type/id  not present"
    . I can't find this property anywhere in the documentation, and I was wondering: is it ok to just add the parameter manually? Do you have any other input? Thanks a lot 🙂

    is it just because i’m on the starter tier or can I only ever connect one destination to a reverse ETL source?

    Hi all! My server is in degraded mode, and I followed the instructions here: https://www.rudderstack.com/docs/user-guides/administrators-guide/admin-troubleshooting-guide/#rudderstack-has-entered-t[…]ded-mode-what-should-i-do but still no luck… anything else I can do to get it resolved? Does it take considerable time to pickup the config of
    recovery_data.json
    ?

    Hello team, Is it possible to be assisted on on this matter? We are missing the data since 5th of Dec'22 and unable to solve any tickets we have received via Zendesk. The ETA from your side to be fixed was 12th of Dec'22 but we did not receive any update since then. Kindly if you can help us out with this issue.

    Hello, I'm having issues with my Klayvio destination. Events are coming through, but identify calls are failing with this error:

    Hi Rudderstack! I'm evaluating options for replicating PipeDrive data into MySQL. So far I have done this with Skyvia and now I'd like to try Rudderstack. When I tried to create my Source it said "Not available for this product tier" What do I need to do to try out the PipeDrive connector?

    Hi! I'm having issues with event stream. The source's live stream is showing events, however the event does not show up ingestion or delivery. I was able to get it working earlier and I've tried re-enabling connection. Thanks. The cloud dataplane status seems fine too.

    Hi Team, Can you tell me if you can configure rudderstack so that it collects the events into a batch before sending them to s3? As it is extremely difficult to work with a large flow of events.

    Hey! I've been collecting data with rudderstack with react-native and big query. I get these auto collected data in the big query using this, and is there any ways to get application device's accessibility info as well? to check if user enabled/disabled their device accessibility setting.

    Hi Team, Currently we're integrating Braze through Rudderstack We're at the point where we need to synchronize user deletions between our db and the Braze db. Since the communication between our app and Braze goes through Rudderstack, we'd like to use a Rudderstack endpoint to initiate user deletions. I found this documentation on how to delete users with Rudderstack: https://www.rudderstack.com/docs/api/data-regulation-api/ However, I've tried to use the Rudderstack API endpoint, but I haven't had much luck. The users are not deleted in Braze What is your recommendation? Is it better to use the Braze delete endpoint directly? Are there any best practices on user deletion that I should be aware of? Thank you in advance for your help! Andrei

    Hi brainstrust - I wanted to know if there is any best practices for when it comes to adding more standard properties to the page standard API call/event for tracking URL params. Right now in our current configuration we don't see anything after the page path and document value (eg;
    <https://google.com/search>~?p=how%20%to)~
    What's the easiest way for the SDK to by default add URI, UTM and other standard URL parameters as default properties?

    Hi team, I just hooked up a reverse ETL-Source with a mixpanel destination and I sent around 9k events. Except for 110 (which failed because of timestamp being older than 5 years), all events were processed by the Mixpanel-Destination. However only around 2.7k can actually be found in mixpanel now. Do you have any idea why this could be?

    Hi, I’m using the Persistence Queue for the Rudderstack NodeJS library (via Redis via Bull). I’m getting an error when calling
    createPersistenceQueue
    of
    2022-12-22T18:43:04.137Z [Rudder] error: failed geting active jobs
    . The docs on https://www.rudderstack.com/docs/sources/event-streams/sdks/rudderstack-node-sdk/#nodejs-sdk-data-persistence say:
    If the callback returns with an error, we recommend retrying calling createPersistenceQueue with a backoff.
    Is there anymore visibility on why this is failing and why we should continually retry?

    Hi support team! Sometimes the syncs from pipedrive to BigQuery fail on some tables but we can't get any detail about these errors besides a "Task Cancelled" message, as shown in the image below. Another thing that draws attention to us is the long duration of the tasks, even though the number of entries is not big. Is there any way to access a more detailed log of these syncs so we get to know what is really going on? @bright-dream-295

    Hello support team! Is it true that Rudderstack sorts the columns in alphabetical order before saving the files on S3 (for example, using Amazon S3 Datalake destination)? What happens if a new column is added? Will it be appended to the end of the file or will it be inserted alphabetically somewhere in the middle of the column list?

    Hello RudderStack team! I would like to ask you, how are events calculated into monthly event budget? All ingested events are taken into account or only those that are then written into destination so we can filter them out in transformations? I am asking because we are using Shopify source and ~80% of events are unnecessary for us and we would like to receive only some of them, if it is possible. Thank you!

    Hello! Is there a way to tell Rudderstack not to divide event flow into multiple tables/prefixes for each distinct event name? There can be many event names and joining tens of tables together to calculate traffic stats can be very resource-intensive (not to mention the time spent for analyzing and vacuuming such tables)?
