The conversation flow is identified by a conversation_flow_id and exists independently from the agents that use it . An agent references the flow through its response_engine . This design allows you to share a single flow across multiple agents, such as staging and production agents, or across different language or channel variants .
Agent-level settings like voice, language, webhook URL, data storage, and post-call analysis remain on each individual agent, so two agents sharing a flow can still differ in those areas . Updates to the shared flow apply to every agent that references it, so you should publish changes carefully and test in a non-production agent first .AI Evy
