@AI Evy I’m using voice agents, and I recently noticed an issue with the

end_call

function. After Retell updated how tools are used in agents, the

end_call

function sometimes doesn’t execute. Instead of calling the function, the agent literally spells out the function name. Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows how to solve it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@AI Evy Until this week, we were routing calls to the SIP endpoint sip:5t4n6j0wnrl.sip.livekit.cloud using the TLS protocol. Since this endpoint is being deprecated by the end of the month, we switched to the new Retell SIP server: sip:sip.retellai.com. However, we noticed that when using this new endpoint with the TLS protocol, Retell does not return the BYE method upon call termination; the method is only returned when using the TCP protocol. Could you please investigate what is happening with the TLS protocol on this new endpoint?
