Build a custom launcher — The only way to fully replace the robot icon is to create your own custom button/icon and connect it to the Retell Chat Widget via the API. 2. Use available customizations — You can customize the logo inside the chat window using

data-logo-url

, but this does not affect the launcher button itself. [(1) ]()

html
data-logo-url="YOUR_LOGO_URL"

If having a custom launcher icon is important for your use case, you'd need to build your own launcher UI. Let me know if you'd like more details on that approach.
