Any book recommendations on Emotional Intelligence?

Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People". If you've never heard about it, the title sounds cringeworthy, but it's in fact a great book.

Hi Aatika, I am recommending two books below with the caveat that these are very specific to the tech industry. 1️⃣ https://www.amazon.in/Peopleware-Productive-Projects-Tom-DeMarco-ebook/dp/B00DY5A8X2/
The unique insight of this longtime best seller is that the major issues of software development are human, not technical. They’re not easy issues; but solve them, and you’ll maximize your chances of success.
2️⃣ https://www.amazon.in/dp/B072QRPHCK/
Supporting your team's technical decision-making process, mentoring new teammates, encouraging a learning culture. For some folks, it seems to come easy. How did they learn? Does empathy come naturally? What does collaborative leadership look like?
