    Hey folks ! I am in a dilemma 😕 Should I take medical insurance or not ? When I was in a corporate job, this came out of the box. But as a remote worker, I have kept this decision on icebox for the last 3-4 years. Also I am not getting any younger 😅 Has it ever occurred where having a health insurance was a life saver for you. Would like to know your thoughts 🤔

    At Elastic, we have a huge community of users interacting with us daily on IRC and over a period, communities choose Slack.

    Although it is fancy to use slack. I like it and we use for internal comms. We chose Discourse over Slack

    discuss.elastic.co - is the popular techforum and garners attention from several folks from all walks of life working on all sorts of problems related to Elastic Stack 😄

    Time to time we evaluated slack, but there are a bunch of things around maintenance, CoC stopped us. And we’re pretty fine with discourse.
