Hi there, I'm moving to Bangalore next month and was looking for a place from where I can work and live. Has anyone visited/heard about The Hub in safina plaza (https://www.thehubco.live/) and has any views about? Moreover how's Cubbon road from living/working perspective, Maps show it connects Koramangala and Indiranagar within 30 mins time distance.

My main priorities are as follows in the decreasing order of importance: 1. Good workplace environment (Hygienic spaces with proper air conditioning) 2. Good internet connection 3. Hygienic washrooms. Apparently all of the popular coworking spaces dont allow for any sort of sleeping/bathing amenities. Otherwise wework, cowrks, 91springboard would be my first preference. What your guys view on it? Do a co-work-living space like the hub or tribe theory or perhaps do a co working space with some PG in mind (really hate that I need to rent a place to spend 6 hours (sleeping) + 1 hours (bathing) )
