If you're thinking of going back to school to get your MBA, or if you are a software engineer like me who did not get a chance to go to business college but is interested in how a successful profitable business operates, then please read "The Personal MBA" by Josh Kaufman I've summarized it here. https://burhanrashid52.com/2022/03/27/the-personal-mba/

Has anyone read "What happened to you?" by Oprah Winfrey? I have ordered that book and I will receive it tomorrow. I have heard that the book is really good for people who are looking to address mental trauma.

I pick up this book "Your code as a crime scene" by Adam Tornhill thinking that I will learn some techniques on how to debug the code better. But it turns out to be a completely different book, and I am glad that I read it. More hereπŸ‘‡ https://burhanrashid52.com/2022/04/17/your-code-as-crime-scene/

Currently Reading: Sophie's World by Jostein Gardener and Story of Philosophy by Will Durant I picked up Sophie's World and realized that the book Will Durant Book I have is of a similar theme. Its quite exciting to read on the same topic from two different authors and perspectives, in two different formats(SW is Fiction and SoP is Non-Fiction)

If It Could Happen To Buddha, Why Not You?
Great book which explains the difference between religion and spirituality. Focuses mostly on the self awareness and has excerpts from many books related to Meditation/Osho/Budha/Zen Currently Reading:
Top Five Regrets of the Dying
Apart from the regrets that author has shared, I liked her story also and how she has described learnings from each stages/different jobs of her life. It is a good read so far and a reminder to not always live/plan for the future and material success.

For the first three years of my career, I did not know what agile was. I first came to know about the β€œAgile” word when I was copy-pasting my resume headline from someone else's resume. I learned the meaning of tur Agile from the "Clean Agile" book. SummaryπŸ‘‡ https://burhanrashid52.com/2022/05/04/clean-agile/

The two common topics that are discussed in any group are Money and Health, even if you are not interested in them. The thing we need to learn is how money works, and Morgan Housel really did a good job with this. You can read the summary here. πŸ‘‡ https://burhanrashid52.com/2022/06/05/the-psychology-of-money/
