but you would need active mods to do that

yeah and then in 6 months someone could find that thanks to the discovery tag and put their two cents in

i'm trying to think of a way that doesn't require intervention by mods or AI

well in a classic forum anyone can make a thread and then you just sort by activity

i want casual conversations that become important to be discoverable

could it just be a list of all threads sorted by activity and then a mod can sticky them?

discord has a thing like "this is a chain of 3+ replies, do you want to make a thread?"

rarely use them in slack/ never with intention

and the conversation we're currently having doesn't use replies, so it couldn't be detected

maybe some hyperscript-like action in the bot commands to make posters use them

`@bot make a thread from the conversation between me, @gone in the last hour`

it would be interesting to look at zulip and see how they do it

I think they want to declare it's a thread ahead of time

like "alright delegates, let us now direct our attention to the matter of tuesday night catering"

that still seems like segregated posts and chat

Hi, new to htmx — I'm troubleshooting a form.

This button works. The `div` is replaced with pre-filled `form` html:

```

But when clicking the submit button on the form no network request is triggered, and no errors are seen in the console. 

Am I missing something super obvious?
