    whats a good way to set a background of a scene? ive tried just making a quad, setting its size the the size of the scene and then adding it first, but it does not scale well, its a bit blurry

    depth
    to a big negative number instead

    i dont know for sure but i saw a function in the
    scene
    class (called fade_in and fade_out or something like that) that said you could extend it to show custom transitions

    otherwise if i understand you correctly you could tween opacity of a black quad that covers scene 1, have another black quad that covers scene 2, switch from 1 to 2 or vice versa then tween opacity into transparent
