I've been a Monero dude for a long time and privacy by default has it's benefits but also it's downsides

I even gave him a hint about GhostDag (KAS) in Moscow and Kushti was like eh, yes it is temporary

It's very hard to argue the Store-of-Value claim when you can't transparently verify the supply

It's very good for privacy but not very good for price accomulation

XMR has it's problems

I love monero for it's grassroot community, very hardcore for privacy. But that's very niche still.

If Ergo has trouble getting into T1 cexes, Monero even more so. Cexes/Regulators don't want to touch it even with a 10-foot pole.
