at the moment I don't believe there is at the moment. We have a feature in v1 which lets you configure this via an environment variable, so we already have precedent for this

Hi gents, I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask, but I'm a little bit confused as to the different versions of coder. I went through the 1-click install of Coder on Vultr, and it seemed to install a version of Coder that asked for a license (I'm assuming that's the enterprise version of coder V1), but then there is also
    coder v2
which I don't know what it does, and then there is a community and enterprise version but the differences between those aren't clear

The version of Coder on Vultr is Coder v1 which is a closed source, enterprise-only, paid product. We don't offer one click installs for Coder v2 yet, so we recommend you follow the guide in our documentation: https://coder.com/docs/coder-oss/latest/install

@Dean This may be a silly question, but I'm going through the manual install and I ran
    coder server --tunnel --address 127.0.0.1:7427
and then opened the generated URL, however it takes me to a log in page. Where are the login credentials, the documentation doesn't seem to reference that

depends on how you installed it, if you installed with the apt package for example you could try
    sudo apt autoremove coder
. If you installed with just the binary, you should be able to just delete it

We don't have an uninstall script yet, but it's in the backlog: https://github.com/coder/coder/issues/2487

I just noticed that its possible to use the docker_image ressource with an option that will leave the image on the host so that its not removed when the workspace is shutdown. This would also make it possible to use a data resource to get the image hash and only have TF prefull the iamge if it changes. What do you think? I am more then happy to submit a PR for this

I see you guys have made node workspace etc. If I want to make one like that but for JS how would I do it. I have never heard a langauge ending with .tf and yeah as long as I know what I have to write them I know how to make it into a docker image.

Our preference would be for you to host the inputs for those, and we could point to your repo as a community resource. How does that sound?

Answer: go for it. We'll still be here when it turns out to be harder, more frustrating, and more limited than you expected.
