I would recommend none of those, I would recommend JavaScript because it will rarely error, but honestly it doesn't really matter

What do you think about having a workspace "restart/rebuild" button when the workspace is running

JavaScript is a decent option. If you've narrowed it down to Python and Java, as a long-time Java programmer, I recommend Python. Java has extra toil that makes sense for its professional use cases but get in the way of learning for beginners. Python is easy to get started with because there's no compiler — "hello world" is just installing Python and typing two lines into a text file. Plus
    ipython
is a nice interactive environment for experimenting, which is roughly comparable to running JavaScript interactively in a browser console.

I was thinking about JavaScript because it just runs anything you throw at it & the indenting stuff might be confusing for beginners

the fact ``"1" + 1`` is a thing makes it easy for newcomers

and the nodejs stdlib is p decent so I think it's a nice choice

What is the best way to put our data/sourcecode on the workspace running on-premises server. No one uses git/github in our team.

Most people will be just copy their code to workspace and run their code and then copy the results back to their local machine

general question : i need to redirect/reverse domain.com to my localhost to control the api of special program.exe for testing bug on it with an easy way Just only 127.0.0.1 domain.com inside hosts file the issue is the program will be run as administrator so it's reading hosts file first when it find "domain" program will close.. how can i fix this issue or there is any way to change the default name of hosts for Windows to hostsV2 for example? so the program will read hosts file and windows will change ip of the host from hostsV2 file instead of hosts file or there is any way to change ip of domain to localhost without using hosts file ?

AFAIK, no, you have monhly roadmaps in pinned issues, and you can just search for "v1" in issues I guess ?

since there's no issue about ephemeral workspaces, maybe create a new one ?

is there any way to specify the amount of resources each workspace gets like in v1? Or is feature planned? Not the end of the world if not, just curious
