@Torie Warren for atrisa the only class available that i see is Tumbling I/II pm monday at 6:30. she doesn't want to try any classes 9-12+. My question is, is it too far out since its monday for her last class?

We need to guide her as the enrollment coordinator and tell her what the best fit is. They're getting caught up on the title but don't have any info of what the average age is. Most of the kids in the Friday ballet are teenagers. Her limiting herself on a class just because it says "9-12+" in the title doesn't work in her favor. I've already compiled the list of options for her that are her age group (all of these have teens in them, regardless of what the title is) and told us that those are her options. Please let her know these are all the options with kids her age that are her level. Any and all of the ones she wants to try from this list we need to add to her account today please: • Hip-hop I Ages 9-12+ Saturday 1:00 • Jazz I/II Ages 9-12+ Monday 5:30 (would be waitlist until space opens) • Lyrical I/II Ages 9-12+ Monday 4:30 (also waitlist) • Tap I Ages 12+ • Tumbling I/II Ages 12+ Monday 6:30 • Beginner Ballet Friday 7:30 Again, all of these have a high average age with teens in the class

@Caleb Warren 1. There was a parent who came in to cancel for their younger daughter but keep their oldest daughter. Elif (younger) and Melek (older) under parent - #31412 Ejda Akarsu. I cancelled the subscription and refunded them for that charge. Before doing so, I asked him did he cancel previously and he said it was with a gentlemen at the desk. I didn't really think much more of it and just processed the refund. @Torie Warren said that they were just putting out feelers for cancellation and had not fully confirmed cancellation. She just wants to double check that they fully confirmed with you that they wanted to cancel before November 1. 2. I added a recreational parent to the slack but I am unable to remove her. @admin Oh my gosh I'm so sorry. I just realize that none of the priority tasks I puton the github saved!! I'll need to reupdate this but on the drat I had the winter production processing and private lesson emails were both top priority over all of the other stuff. Sorry Idk why that didn't save. Can we stop where we are with the other tasks and do winter production for the rest of the night?
