I told him I would double check on the policy and get back to him. I asked her age in order to possibly offer Mini Movers as a makeup during the weeks they are still in town. But he is asking for prorated tuition as they will be missing Nov 23 and we are closed Nov 30. If we cannot prorate tuition then they would like a full refund. How should I handle this?

They should have handled this prior to Nov. 1st tuition running, including our closure yesterday. We can neither prorate nor refund at this point and they should schedule make ups for the Nov. absences and cancel now for Dec. Remind them this class is sold out so they will lose their spot once cancelled. If they don't want to lose the spot I recommend doing make ups for Nov, pausing for Dec, and then doing make ups for Jan. Let me know if that makes sense. Remind them they can always cancel their subscription on their end at any time by visiting asi.dance/my-account

@Starlah also updates on atrisa? It's been over a week since her trial started. Did you call her back and let her know not to submit another trial but to let you know which classes she wants to try? I don't see any follow up notes logged on her github

@Torie Warren Isaac and Mrs. Jennifer Martinez would love to audition for olaf or any other character he may have signed up for, mom wasn't to sure....but would like to know he if has to prepare in some way for audition or what is the best way to be involved!

Did we see my message above for filming? The teachers were supposed to film him doing this part of the routine in class today as I'm gone. Did we tell them to do that already? Was this done? If so he should already be done with his audition
