Hi Ms. Starlah, it looks like Atrisa might be misunderstanding the free trial. She said she was there for a "tryout" and asked via email just now if she would be "joining the team". She might be misunderstanding so we may need to give her a call. Level wise she should be in the lyrical I/II class, definitely not ready for the contemporary II/III/IV level yet. I'll check when I get in if we have space in that class or not

But we do still need to send her template with all the level recommendations as she didn't get one originally, which is how she ended up in the advanced class

She's also asking about her 7 day free trial but she only signed up for one class. So we need to get a list of the other classes she wants to try and add them to her trial order.

so sorry to bother you but quick question when im doing my calls for the trial board for follow up calls. for example Eva Bhonsale looks like she has took 2 classes in her free trial but doesn't look like she has taken any since 9/26. for this call i would call to see what other class she would like to try or if she wants to just enroll ?! and if they started the 7 day in sept they would have to fill out form to restart trial correct? i know your so busy today sorry just want to make sure im on top of things the way you need them to be.
