• Make sure everyone that had a trial over the summer has been followed up with and we know if they are continuing or not.

• Add any summer trials that occurred to the prospective student list under season 3. Make sure to note if they continue or not

• Can we start tabulation the votes on the Google form for the superlatives? We can make a Google sheet with the award and the top two for each answer with their total number of votes underneath. Be sure to count carefully as some people have different spellings so their total count is off
