I completed uploading the songs to the website, but there were 2 missing; Levels and Sideshow. Should I search somewhere else for them?

Hi. The lady that came by yesterday inquiring about renting on a few days, just called regarding her deposit amount. Do you want me to do the tally, or are you going to handle that?

Okay and yes it's under Dalia Sen , the business name is BACDA Dance/Musical nonprofit group

So for her total of 25 weekday hours and 4.5 weekend hours in Studio I, I got $1396.50. After dividing that in half, I got $698.25 as the amount of her deposit. Let me know if you would like me to send her a email confirming and requesting her deposit? Thanks :nerd_face:

I'm getting different numbers:

25*47 = $1,175
4.5 * 50 = $225

$225+$1,175 = $1400

Half deposit being $700

I thought we were giving her the recurring rates?

These are the recurring rates. See below:

*Weekend Rates:* Hourly $50.00 for room I, $47 for rooms A or S.
*Weekday Rates:* Hourly $47.00 for room I, $45 for rooms A or S.

One time rates are more. See below:

*Weekend Rates:* Hourly $75.00 for room I, $65 for rooms A or S.
*Weekday Evening Rates (2pm and later):* Hourly $75.00 for room I, $65 for rooms A or S.
*Weekday Morning Rates (before 2pm):*  Hourly $65.00 for room I, $50 for rooms A or S.

It's the same as any other charge you just charge the fee to their account

Since they did a trial week, they get a prorated price, but I am unsure of this price.

We calculate proration based on the prices above and charge accordingly

Ok, so basically divide it by 4 to get the weekly price. Sorry, my mind is foggy today.

I just spoke with  manager by the name of Jorge. He said that the other options besides the fettucine alfredo and would be cauliflower tacos and salads.

Okay I didn't see the cauliflower tacos on the new menu but it sounds like they can still make them. They were a big hit last time so I'll add that to the menu since they can accommodate.

I already give everyone a soup or salad so I don't want to add yet another salad
