Sorry just now getting out of a private lesson. Can we clear up any hubspots. For denise van loon I'm not sure what she means by cancel. We cancel subscriptions so that they don't continue getting charge if they want to discontinue classes for next month. Summer is a one time payment so there isn't anything to cancel. We don't give refunds so if they can't make that class anymore they can either have a credit towards the fall or switch to a different class in the summer

@Chastity Nelson I just sent out the email with the videos. If anyone else orders a video we can just copy and paste that same email to send to them and list them in bold on the video list

For the nationals schedule there should be a finalists announcement for each division, can we find the other times and include them in the schedule as well?

Can you also draft an email for Johnathan letting him know which studio spaces and times are available from now to the end of summer. Keeping I'm mind the summer camp schedule for 20234 on Google sheets as well as our own evening classes listed on Google sheet and any renters. He is looking for 1-2 hours per day I believe. Leave it drafted so I can also add his teaching class details before sending. Also ask if he can start tomorrow and if he can send us a good phone number to reach him
