    1. when u win an encounter your common item rewards are received from the next chapter items cards? 2. after you win an encounter, it says to replace current item deck with that of the next chapter... so when buying from banksmith all previous chapter items are no longer availible?

    1. yes the rulebook says you switch out the cards BEFORE you draw. so you get new better items from the upcoimg chapter. Though only common items. Unique's you get are from the chapter the fight was in. 2. i'm not 100% sure, but i think yes. But this is a non issue, as the new items contains some of the old sometimes and you've a big enough selection to fill every slot with usually a better item anyway

Yes, the previous items are no longer available at the blacksmith, only the ones from the current level.

Can you use tokens (specifically rerolls) on any check you like in story mode?

my understanding is you can use reroll tokens but not other ones for basic/story checks

& those tokens can be pulled from anyone for group checks

but for things like Round of Combat or individual checks I believe the tokens are character-specific

can someone help me out please? I can't seem to find the rule for might deck refresh. 0 cost card says that for 2 animus I can refresh the might decks. Does that mean that if the might deck runs out I don't reshuffle it or it just means that I can reshuffle before it runs out?

So for example if you are pretty sure it's just miss cards left in your might deck

Actually can you use it in enemy might decks to cycle their blanks back in faster?

Yeah rules for reshuffle the deck if it's not empty is just for the characters not for the encounters might deck
  • r

    Rigero

    07/21/2022, 8:06 PM

The harbingers 0cost says: "reshuffle your might decks" in plural. I believe that lets you reshuffle all of them not just one?
  • r

    Razuhl

    07/21/2022, 9:26 PM
I think the FaQ specific declared, you shuffle one deck
  • r

    Razuhl

    07/21/2022, 9:26 PM
Or choose the ones you wanna shuffle
  • r

    Rigero

    07/21/2022, 9:31 PM
yes that's what i meant. you can shuffle YOUR might decks not the enemy ones. which ones you shuffle you can decide

A question we ran into last night, there was a card saying: 1, move towards the center of the board. 2, Wave attack, 3, If no one can be hit by the wave attack go north 3. My question is: the rulebook states that Wave attack is always in the direction(target) where it can hit the most Oathsworn/allies and it ignores LoS and Obstacles. When would 3) become true if it always hits at least 1 Oathsworn/ally who can't hide behind obstacles or break LoS?
