Just stick the connection points in and prime them. Other characters' weapons can be delicately held to prime them

I just use the cap of the primers, the tack holds them extremely well

Now the bigger minis, well... Difficult, not impossible

I tried to think about an used amber. Hopefully it will not explode at his first hit.

And I find the stone hammers in particular boring.

We played last night and in general it was sooo much more difficult to see all the detail painting on the gaming table which was a bit of a bummer. Made me feel like I spent a lot of extra time making great looking minis which largely didn't show off in the action.

And despite asking the group ahead of time which heroes they wanted to play and then painting all of those up + 2 others just in case...someone still chose the unpainted warden ha!
