Anyone painted the eagles with contrast paints and willing to share which colours they used? 😀

Sorry, did them with regulars. I googled falcons and followed some examples here. The black striping was the challenge to me, until I saw how some guys did it.

i will but not done yet! but i will tell you this: since its an fantasy game my birds wont fit original colour schemes like in "Our" nature

If you want eagles and not falcons like on the artwork, use cygor brown and snakebite leather. They work very well. Just have a black primer and "drybrushed" white on it. It looks fine for the feathers. Check @BigDeno69's youtube for how to paint and highlight the feathers

Well, I would suggest you paint your eagles to look like hawks. That would be crazy! ;}

Pretend your Falcons to be Eagles, but paint them like hawks?

And make one a pigeon, for obvious reasons.

Just make them Swallows. One African and one European.

Would have to alter one of their wingspan to reflect the difference.

Sorry, I made 1 eagle and haven't started on the falcon yet, so not sure. But if I like what I will have done, I'll let you know what I used 😄 😄

i thought more what kind of nature exist and how carnivorebirds had to adopt, survival of the fittest, maybe colours to hide themselves against prey or hunters, idk yet. but i figure out a colour scheme before i paint them

U mean like some sort of brown, green, grey feathers for being sitting at a tree an so bright belly feathers so u hard to detect in the air.
