Quick question for painting.  Do I need the allies painted for Chapter 1?

You need allies when Oathsworn get knocked out in combat. So, hopefully not 😄

Yeah... I'm not gonna have any allies painted in time for my first session tomorrow. Kinda forgot about them. Heh.

Hopefully not lol. The goal is that you never see them come out

It's ok. I still don't have mine painted. I don't plan on them coming out so they can stay grey plastic for now.

From a time ROI perspective, you'll get the most out of your painting if you do it in that order. You'll see your Oathsworn and the terrain every chapter.

Everything dies quickly in the Deepwood according to the lore.

First, colors are great.

Second, thank you for actually painting the shoulders as armor and not feathers. I feel like most Avi paint jobs color the shoulders as feathers and it has been bugging me because it doesn't match the design.

The push-fit is tight enough on all, but one figure. I don't know if it would be worth the effort.
