After that, the big pustules like mushrooms could be highlighted with some pink

Has anyone tried the new Garaghak's Sewer contrast paints for the trees or houses?

@Shihayazad really like the color scheme you used for your trees. Can you share the method/colors if able please?

zenithal prime with citadel chaosblack and coraxwhite, then did some armypainter speedpaints, runic grey for stones, then blended from bottom to top: plasmatic bolt, absolution green, dark wood, used then blood red on zyst area. used then hive dweller purple on the creepers. dry brushed then with valejo leather brown for darkwood, goblin green for absolutiongreen and plasmaticbolt, and some stonewall grey for the rock. then i got some dead white on the zystbulbs, and blend in some bloody red, als covered the zysttentacles with some blood red, the creepers got dry brushed with ultramarine blue

i wish i had more time for painting. but my son makes it hard to focus on it. either je needs atention, or when he sleeps i m to k.o. to concentrate on painting

where do you get your base stuff? it realy add atmosphere

The mushroom are from Etsy. They come on little sprues. The grasses and shrubs are army painter and citadel ( I think). I just sort of randomly pull stuff and it helps distract viewers from my paint skills 😆

Question! Who makes the best grass turfs in you guys opinion? Army painter, greenstuffworld or ganers grass or someone else? Just running low on current supply soon and curioud what others find best looking.

Have you used others in the past, quality is better?

I've used quite a few different ones in my time. Gw tufts, random ebay purchases, geek gaming scenics are good. Gamer grass are by far the most realistic I think. Great quality.

for me it is to much, it looks great, but somehow it would go over the top, price for that is to spicey
