I am new to painting these are my first bunch of minis. Without an airbrush how do you paint hard to reach spots? I've seen angel brushes for detail https://canada.michaels.com/en/princeton-select-artiste-3750-angle-spot-detailer-brush/10552944.html There's got to be something like but larger for bigger areas as this brush would take forever to paint the backside/underside of the one I am working on Also in Canada so that might matter for where to buy such a brush

Hi Dchipy, hard to reach spots are usually also not very visible. So I would use a black primer to start. Spray can primer usually gets in all the cracks. If not then you can go in with a brush. Do that before you start painting the surroundings so it doesn't matter if you hit some other parts. If you don't want to paint over black in general you can spray some white primer top-down on the model so the recesses stay dark and the rest gets lighter.

@Shadowborne Games I need this answered. Is the Cur wearing boots or is he wearing like some medieval version of a stealh suit and just has leather soles attached to his feet? There doesn't appear to be any detail on the model representing boots or shoes so I've painted it as the later. It's tearing me up inside though and I must know what the official stance is :p

I want to know what are the masks on Blade's belt, I didnt see them explained yet. If its a spoiler, I suppose I do not want to know... but I feel like its part of backstory.

||He was a gladiator and slave in the arena. By wining he earned his freedom and became Oathsworn. You can find that on the back of his character sheet I think. I assume he fought some masked people in the arena and got their masks, but there is no clear explanation. Maybe it was just a design choice that wasn't thought through much, but I would say they are probably trophies.||
