I think he is trying to say the rules are out of date, maybe someone could update it, as its a bit conflicting.

There was a debate on what should we consider a spoiler or not, and this was the result. I dont think it is worth diving back into that. Those rules are so that spoiler are limited. I believe it is the first time i see this encounter mini. That is a huge spoiler.

Well we should get those images inside spoilers tags the very least then, but I am not moderator here.

Thanks! Yes, I posted it to the Facebook group and a bunch of people responded saying it needed a spoiler tag. One guy claimed it was a reason for him to now leave the group until he’s finished the campaign 🙄

And you can see above someone saying that seeing the mini even though this image is on the rulebook and box art is somehow a spoiler. Like it was just prominent art and not in the game somewhere

It's interesting to see what the community considers to be spoilers. From my NDA perspective, I am allowed to talk about anything that is public knowledge and can show case things that are publicly known. To me this covers the basics of what constitutes true spoiler territory. If it ever publicly stated, I never need to worry about the companies considering it a spoiler. The community seems to have different standards though

Yeah. I assume it’s just ignorance. Not saying that in an insulting way. Ignorance as in some people simply havnt seen those updates, so they assume it’s a spoiler. It’s a spoiler to them I guess, but it’s officially public knowledge. You telling me there are large fire templates wasnt a spoiler to me, it’s official public knowledge! That was my ignorance not having noticed them in the box.

Yeah, it's not a spoiler at all. It's on the rulebook and box AND there's an even a painting tutorial on it.

Although it is tough to wrap my head around someone getting worked up about seeing that figure that has seen the rule book and box cover depicting broodmother and the heroes, knows all that art is in the game as minis, and never makes the leap that the armored dude is almost certainly in the game somewhere

Regardless, since the whining was a bit loud I opted to delete from the Facebook group. The reaction here was just discussion, not whining so I left it
