we didn't have any supabase founder signed up in our database either, just two other employees

There were over 40 entries.

Just in

47 entries. I don't expect them to use their personal email for each one, but I'd at least have an expectation of them to create an alt account and use that.

and many of the hackathon entries did have authentication and they did win!

Is it fair that they'd signup for x application and not signup for y?

Hope everyone had fun. This is my experience with hackathons in general, so maybe I don’t know any better.

I know, this isn't the first time I've been devastated after having one of the most well-made and popular project in a hackathon. Guess I'm a bit more upset this time around since I had exams the next week and spent a good amount of money from my pocket on this.

But regardless, good job to all the winners.

Did you guys be able to work with the Supabase rc version? Or you used the latest stable version?

I was thinking of using the RC version however didn't have enough time to refactor my code so stuck with the latest stable

I used supabase-js rc, and upgraded it at least once mid project.

The RC would've made a bunch of things a lot easier on my end tho 😄
