Generic USB redirection might be enabled on the endpoint side. Disable it and make sure the headset gets detected and is working on the endpoint itself.

Hi Rene, Headset seems responsive and sounds well when audio played direct through the endpoint. I've disabled Generic USB, rebooted and retried. Pretty much the same. I lost the "devices" tab in CWA so couldn't really see how it was handling the device when I did this. Really wish all my endpoints had windows on them 🙂
