Not to hijack, but just to confirm... does Citrix require a FULL CVAD update one of the specified versions in the CVE, or as above, would it be enough just to up the VDA? For example, sticking 1912CU6, 2203CU2 or 2212 VDA into a 1912 CU5 env.

You can just upgrade the vda first to get past ghis issue. You should eventually upgrade to ghe latest cu on everything to obtain all the fixes in those upgrades.

Hi Rob, Is that a yes to just doing the VDA upgrade to mitigate the recent CVE? Needless to say, CVAD will follow as usual to keep on latest CU.

I am trying myself to figure out the full exposure. The CVE says "Local" account I want to make sure it means that and not an interactive logon. For many use cases there are no local accounts except for admin ones anyway.
Ok I confirmed the CVE is for any local or domain user accessing windows.
