02/14/2023, 11:26 AMmaybe you can uninstall the upl using the upl_x64.msi of the vda installer like msiexec /x upl_x64.msi /L*V uninstall.log /qn? if this works you can reinstall using the same msi: msiexec /i upl_x64.msi /L*V install.log /qn
