Guys, I'm helping a customer transition an internally built (and built very well) Citrix / Azure build to their BAU/Ops team... before I got recreating the wheel does anyone know of good link/resource for troubleshooting runbooks for common issues and where to start on the hunt for an issue such as performance/slowness, connection failures, outages etc, granted this could be a needle in a haystack but im looking to craft some common process/runbook on how and what to rule out, cheers
