Are you using double negative? i.e. prohibit clipboard redirection and then in the client IP assignment you deny the policy from applying to your internal IP subnets?

I've been having issues getting Citrix Policies applied properly for months, multiple cases open and still no solution. In the meantime you can use Citrix Active Directory policies.

yea i was hoping to move on from active directory policies since we are migrating to Cloud. I figure no sense keeping those policies in a GPO and always updating the ADMX files with the latest releases.

It should be double negative. The way I have it done is like this: prohibit clipboard for everyone and deny applying this policy to the users you wish to allow clipboard for.

I want it to work how our on prem policy works. On prem is configured if you log in through netscaler you cannot redirect clipboard but if you connect internally you can. I cant seem to get this config on the cloud working
