The disk is mounted and everything seems to work correctly.
But the error ID 26 is still in the log after logon to the RDS (Windows Server 2016)

I have the same error on the message I posted just above yours. I'm on 2016 as well.

Are you using VHD or VHDX here  I am on VHD profiles.

I agree...but it is the situation on this RDS. But anyways...Now we know it is not cuz profile type.
