Both scripts use the same

targets.xml

as input for scripts. This means that you can run

Remove-ProfileData.ps1

from within the user session or

Remove-ContainerData.ps1

from a remote server (once sessions have logged off) against your Profile Container share to keep Container sizes in check. Note that this script does not yet compact a Container. I may add the ability to do that in the future.
