@Tim Riegler - yes is would be active, if your sizing for ODFC is correct then that would use more resource for the large vhdx for OST, so i would say stick with what you have with sizing is this physical or virtual you are implementing? As for SOFS I can’t comment to much @Leee Jeffries has implement it and has a lot more experience with it - but he does say it work well.
