This is all virtual. We've been reticent to move from UPM to FSL for profiles, as with streaming and PVS (Write Cache to RAM) we get decent performance, low IOPs requirement on our SAN, and our users are happy (for the most part). Moving to FSL means moving IO to SAN, which I'm not thrilled about, so want to make sure I remove as much storage pressure as possible. Also looking into cloud cache for that, and got bit pretty hard with the 4GB container corruption bug, so are easing into it a bit more slowly this time around.
