Found out my issue - https://communities.vmware.com/thread/528506 Now the question I have for you smart folks is how to work around it? The driver is installed in the base image per print management, however it seems the only way to move past this is to map all printers into the gold image, which is a complete waste as new printers are added / removed every few months. I mapped 1 printer into the gold image, recomposed all good, mapped a second printer that was not in the gold image and the same problem creeps up. Perhaps I am not installing the drivers in the base image correctly for new printers to take advantage of it?
