After review, this is a result of how the markup content is rendered, to this point there is not a mechanism to modify the markup to correct this.

I agree that this is not ideal. The way I navigate on this page is to click in the Data/Value column and use left and right arrows to scroll rather than going to the bottom of the page for the scrollbar.

I have tried to shrink the column, but in order to shrink it enough to eliminate scrolling some columns become very vertically extended and create an even worse experience as items that need to be together to provide proper context then wrap vertically.

I continue to experiment with additional options, and may re-write the page altogether without columns. If you are not already using the arrow keys, that does make it easier to navigate.
