David Wilkinson's got a nice guide targeting ODFC containers: https://wilkyit.com/2017/05/10/fslogix-office-365-container-install-configure-and-testing/ One thing that I don't believe is mentioned is that if you don't want certain FSLogix ADMX settings applied, disable them in the GPO. Most are enabled by default, so leaving them as "Not Configured" leaves them applied.
