We're using Cloud Cache on 2016 non-persistent desktops, on-prem, XA 7.15 CU5, and not seeing any CPU usage for it at all. We only run ~20-25 sessions per VM though. 1% CPU max across 32 VMs.

That sounds much more reasonable than our 12% ...

After I posted that yesterday, I saw one bump up to 2%. Still not terrible. And it was only for a minute or two. Does it settle down after the initial copy of the profile? <- assuming you are using multiple targets, that is.
