No, but you could do that with powershell. I have a couple of applications that I only want launched one time in the desktop sessions. Create a new shortcut for the application running powershell.exe -file C:\path\to\file.ps1 (make sure your execution policy is set to unrestricted). change the icon of the shortcut to the app, and then replace the shortcut(s). Use the code below for the ps1 file editing where needed
$processcheck = gwmi win32_process -Filter { name = 'exacutablename.exe' } | ?{ $_.executablepath -eq "C:\path\to\executable\file.exe" } | %{
$_ | add-member -MemberType ScriptProperty -Name UserName -Value {
$this.getowner().user
} -Force -PassThru
} | ?{ $_.username -eq $env:USERNAME }
if (($processcheck))
{
$null
}
else
{
Start-Process "C:\path\to\executable\file.exe"
}
