Do you have any exclusions in place for CB and Citrix? Sounds like CB might be trying to scan something during log off, and that is causing problems. Have you run through this doc yet: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/tech-zone/build/tech-papers/antivirus-best-practices.html

I appreciate the response. We have exclusions in place, but I will review this closer as it may have changed since we put in our exclusions.
