Hi, Been through that same doc and its a bit misleading, under Client Printer Names it mentions: "Note: This option is provided only for backwards compatibility with legacy versions of XenApp and XenDesktop." Which refers to XA and XD 5.6

Citrix removed it in early versions of 7.x, then released hotfixes for 7.5 and 7.6 I recall because people wanted the feature back, but nothing since then. Using Citrix Cloud then it doesn't go past 5.6. Will read over that link but hoping to do it without scripts/hacks etc.

On a side note - watch out for printer polices in studio with Citrix cloud.... some of them simply don’t work :-) gotta do them in gpo nested policies
