05/26/2020, 9:02 PMThat's one of the (many) reasons I went to always doing a VDA Cleanup before reinstall/upgrade. Saw tons of issues with some things not being updated on an upgrade installation. No issues when VDA cleanup runs successfully. (had some issues when I thought the cleanup ran, but it actually hadn't...but that's been very rare.)

06/01/2020, 11:15 AMI do the vda uninstall, the run the vda cleanup. Reboot, reinstall. Then most of the time I'm good. This is for all vda upgrades.
