We have been seeing this more frequently in 1912 than 7.15, for both XA and XD.

Weirdly enough we actually have gotten far less of this since we've been in 1912 but also coincides when we had 90% of our company remote and going through the netscaler rather the directly to storefront (loadbalanced url through the netscaler) so trying to make sense of that.

What's even stranger, if I have the user exit workspace, then re open it and most of the time it connects. Just have dug into why it happens

I don't get involved too much what we give users instructions for if they call when this happens but I am pretty sure if they just refresh the browser page (we use okta so can't use workspace directly unfortunately) it helps too so sort of the same thing you're noticing I guess

Most of ours are through the NetScaler, but we’re also on 11.x. The 12.x upgrade is a few weeks away.

Ahh ya know what we did upgrade ours to 12x back in February too so I bet that could be helping too

Possibly. We had to turn off Adaptive Transport after the 1912 upgrade because Mac clients were all failing. It’s almost like the tcp fallback wasn’t at all functional.

We turned off adaptive Transpot as well. 7.15.5000. it made sessions so laggy. I'm using the 12.1.55 on NS. But I have to redo all my ldap and radius policies because in 13 it will remove the classic policies. Which stinks.

I get these too, @Eric developed some automation where we sent users an email. But it seemed they were false positives, very annoying. Also going they Netscalers.

False positives as in the user never see's an issue but Director reports it? thats been my theory too since we dont always get calls on it

Yes false, what I did was going through the report which is generated every 15 min with Connection time out. Searching each and every user in Director, only 1 out of 25 had issue connecting. Other where connected / disconnected.

I swear all the issues mentioned in this channel every one gets.

I was wondering if the use case was similar. We have two "Farms" and the second farm which is XA I and doesn't occur as often, but it does (CVAD 7.15 LTSR CU5) . We're up-to-date on most components, except Workspace which is going to be LTSR as soon as we can get a game plan in the works.
