I don’t think RDSH-based workloads will cause an issue from a storage perspective, any modern storage solution should be able to handle that load. The difference between solutions (specifically for RDSH) is going to be in scalability/manageability/support/costs etc etc (IMHO) *Disclaimer: I work for Nutanix Engineering.

Yeah have done it plenty of times - nothing to really think about from an MCS perspective
